The competencies offered include analytics, digital, user experience, mobile technology, infrastructure, Microsoft technologies and open innovation.   The Opportunity As a Staff in the EY GDS Tech Ops practice, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and supporting AI-powered solutions that leverage Large Language Models (LLMs), AI services, and enterprise integrations. You will work closely with senior engineers, architects, and business stakeholders to build intelligent automation solutions, AI agents, and digital workflows that improve operational efficiency and business outcomes. This role requires strong software development skills, a passion for emerging AI technologies, and the ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams to deliver scalable, secure, and responsible AI solutions. You will be responsible for executing tasks with increasing autonomy, applying sound judgment within defined parameters, and contributing to team outcomes. You are expected to demonstrate initiative, resolve routine issues independently, and support junior colleagues. You will anticipate and identify risks within engagement and share any issues with senior members of the team. Design, develop, test, and deploy Agentic AI solutions leveraging LLMs, retrieval systems, AI agents, and orchestration frameworks to automate business and operational processes. Integrate LLMs, NLP, Computer Vision, and other AI/ML services with enterprise applications and platforms through APIs, SDKs, and cloud-native technologies. Develop custom applications, services, and automation workflows using Python and modern AI frameworks to enable intelligent process automation
