Principal Engineering Support Assistant

The Engineering Support Analyst (ESA) provides critical operational and project support to engineering teams by coordinating project activities, managing documentation, BOMs, engineering changes, procurement processes, and prototype builds. This role works closely with cross-functional stakeholders across R&D and manufacturing to ensure projects are executed efficiently, on schedule, and with high-quality standards. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, technology savvy, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while leveraging modern tools, including AI-enabled workflows, to improve productivity and collaboration
