We're seeking a Testing Senior Integration Architect to lead testing strategy and execution for complex Oracle Health implementations. In this role, you'll partner with clients and cross-functional teams to ensure integrated solutions are thoroughly validated and ready for successful deployment. Position Summary As a Testing Senior Integration Architect, you will provide strategic leadership for testing and validation activities throughout the implementation lifecycle. You will collaborate with client leadership, project managers, solution architects, and technical teams to develop testing strategies, coordinate execution, mitigate project risks, and ensure high-quality implementations that meet clinical and business objectives. Serving as a trusted advisor, you'll drive testing governance, oversee deployment readiness, and promote Oracle Health implementation best practices across client engagements. Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end testing activities for Oracle Health implementation and optimization projects. Develop and execute comprehensive testing strategies, including unit, integration, system, workflow, regression, user acceptance (UAT), and production validation testing. Design test scenarios and scripts that validate clinical workflows, interfaces, and cross-functional business processes. Coordinate testing activities across Oracle Health teams, client stakeholders, third-party vendors, and project leadership. Monitor testing progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to maintain project timelines and quality standards. Oversee defect management, issue prioritization, and resolution throughout the testing lifecycle. Ensure testing deliverables meet Oracle Health quality standards and client expectations. Facilitate testing readiness reviews, mock go-lives, deployment planning, cutover activities, and production go-live support. Provide guidance on testing tools, methodologies, governance, and best practices. Mentor project team members and promote continuous process improvement. Support post-go-live stabilization, issue resolution, and lessons-learned activities.
