Note: Fidelity will not provide immigration sponsorship for this position The Role The Digital Assets Data Lead is responsible for building and scaling the data foundation that powers our digital asset management business. This role owns the design, ingestion, modeling, management, and delivery of data across Fidelity Digital Asset Management (FDAM) and our partner organizations, enabling FDAM investment, research, trading, risk, operations, distribution and product teams to derive insight from complex digital asset datasets. This role serves as FDAM’s primary authority on how our data should be sourced, organized, modeled, and governed, ensuring the right data is available for the right use cases across the business. The Expertise and Skills You Bring The successful candidate will combine deep data engineering expertise with strong domain knowledge of digital assets and blockchain ecosystems. They will establish the frameworks, standards, and architecture required to transform fragmented structured and unstructured data sources, including on-chain activity, market data, protocol data, and third-party datasets, into trusted, accessible, and analytically useful assets. They will partner with our engineering and enterprise data organizations to leverage existing expertise, capabilities and existing datasets, and identify or design solutions for new datasets. Experience in data engineering, data management, analytics engineering, or related disciplines. Experience building and scaling enterprise data platforms. Deep expertise in data modeling, ETL/ELT pipelines, data quality, and metadata management. Strong understanding of modern cloud data architectures and data engineering tooling. Demonstrated experience translating business requirements into scalable data solutions. Experience working with large, complex, and unstructured datasets. Experience within digital assets, blockchain, fintech, market data, or quantitative investment environments preferred.

Fidelity’s Onsite Working Model Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles. The base salary range for this position is $140,000-285,000 USD per year. Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors. Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
