Location: Kreuzstrasse 34, 6010 Kriens Hauptaufgaben Qualitätsmanagement & Lieferung Sicherstellen der Qualität der installierten Anlagen gemäß Vertrag und Otis-Normen (inkl. Audits). Kontrolle und Freigabe der Pläne des Technischen Büros (TO) für die Fertigung. Terminplanung für Inbetriebnahme und Zubehörkoordination. Verwaltung von Protokollen und Konformitätserklärungen. Organisation von Ausrüstung, Werkzeugen, Lieferungen, Logistik Planung und Koordination von Transporten, Ressourcen und Montagedossiers. Unterstützung des Teams bei komplexen Projekten sowie Durchführung der Endkontrollen und Inbetriebnahme. Safety Management Identifikation von Sicherheitsrisiken und Umsetzung von Korrekturmaßnahmen. Förderung der Sicherheitskultur (FPA-Audits, Schulungen). Customer Management Regelmäßiger Kundenkontakt, Auslieferung fertiger Geräte. Unterstützung des Vertriebsteams bei komplexen Projekten. People Management Rekrutierung, Integration und Coaching neuer Mitarbeiter. Durchführung von Leistungs- und Probezeitgesprächen. Sicherstellen von Schulungen und Einhaltung von Sicherheitsrichtlinien. Subcontractor Management Auswahl und Steuerung von Subunternehmern nach Otis-Standards. Durchführung von Schulungen, Assessments und Audits (Sicherheit, Qualität, Compliance). Expenditure / KPI Management Überwachung von Montagezeiten und KPIs, Ableitung von Aktionsplänen. Kontrolle von Arbeitszeiten, Spesen und Ferien. Was wir von dir erwarten Du hast eine abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung und konntest dein Wissen bereits in der Baubranche vertiefen Wenn du bereits eine Weiterbildung wie zum Beispiel Technische:r Kauffrau:mann absolvieren konntest und bereits einige Jahre Führungserfahrung in deinem persönlichen Rucksack mitbringst ist das ein grosses Plus Du bist eine unternehmerisch denkende, lösungsorientierte und gewinnende Persönlichkeit mit grosser Eigeninitiative und starker Kundenorientierung Du bringst ein ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent mir und behaltest auch in hektischen Zeiten den Fokus im Auge Wir sind ein internationales Unternehmen – Sprachkenntnisse in Englisch sind daher sehr erwünscht.
