Identifying, defining, and implementing integrated supply chain solutions and performance improvements, including building internal and external alliances to explore opportunities. Have the basic knowledge to develop intelligent supply chains, such as vertical warehouse systems, AGVs, automatic tooling equipment, etc. Establishing effective linkages, partnerships, and best practices with business partners and internal functions. Investigating and incorporating industry benchmarks, metrics and best practices to develop optimal supply chains for suppliers and/or product sets. Use digital tools (Power Bi, Power Apps, etc.) to develop and analyze data and information to identify and prioritize opportunities for improving performance and creating more cost-effective supply chains, inventory utilization, and business partnerships.

Bachelor's degree or above. 3-year plus of experience in automation equipment development or supply chain. Experience in intelligent warehouse development, such as AGV, vertical warehouse, automated supply chain is a plus. Digital Skills: Proficient in Excel, Power Bi, Power Apps, etc. Have excellent project management experience. Good communication skills in English.
