Title: Workshop Superintendent (Refinery Site) KBR is looking for an Workshop Superintendent - Maintenance Head to guarantee that daily Refinery maintenance activities to include corrective, preventive, & predictive for various equipment are carried out in compliance with safety, environment, & quality rules to assure sector availability, reliability, & operation continuity. Saudi Nationals Preferred Responsibilities: ⚫ Manage and lead overall department functions, direction to employees, evaluation, coordination and ensure to complete the project task within set timeline in accordance with organization's policies. ⚫ Participate in development and implementation of goals, objectives, policies, procedures and priorities. ⚫ Prepare, optimize and track PM schedule of Equipment, minimize breakdowns with effective monitoring and scheduling maintenance program to ensure operational availability of equipment. ⚫ Manage day-to-day activities (welding & Fabrication shop, Scaffolding & Insulation workshop, Heavy Lift & Rigging Division). Manage planned or unplanned equipment repairs. ⚫ Manage resources/equipment/machinery to the site for routine and in emergency situations. ⚫ Review work plan, job requests priorities to allocate resources, monitor workflow, MOS and procedures, meet and discuss with team to identify gaps and resolve problems. ⚫ Review weekly Plan, feedback to the Planning team to achieve the schedule compliance. ⚫ Coordinate with internal department, external workshop, OEM dealer for repairs, parts, any issues. ⚫ Manage and lead to ensure all equipment, workshop facilities are maintained and meet HSE standards. ⚫ Conduct regular safety audits to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions. ⚫ Manage and recommend and schedule EE’s safety and technical trainings. ⚫ Manage and review daily, weekly and Monthly maintenance performance reports, time sheet, KPIs etc. ⚫ Respond promptly in case of emergency. Ensure reporting of any incident/accident or violation occurs.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Engineering or related field Previous experience as a maintenance engineer in refining environment or equivalent 12 + years of refinery plant experience Good knowledge of Fabrication shop equipment Piloting of maintenance contracts Safety rules Proven ability to resolve problems as a leader within large organizations Well organized, proactive, & strong communication skills Maturity of judgement under pressure Strategic mind that is open to new ideas Demonstrated capacity to achieve positive results while working in a multi-cultural environment All other duties assigned Belong.
