In order to support the Forecast&Planning and S&OP within the Airbus Customer Service department, Airbus Operations is looking for a Working student - Forecast & Planning and S&OP in Airbus Customer Services (d/f/m) You are a full time student (d/f/m), looking for a working student position and want to get to know the work of a Forecast & Planning Manager (d/f/m)? Location: Hamburg Start: 01.11.2026 Duration: 12 months with the possibility to prolong the contract You will receive a collectively agreed salary of at least €18.53 per hour, depending on the job. There are also special payments such as vacation pay. Definition working student Working students are students who are enrolled at a University or some other institution of higher education, and who are employed in a reasonably long, fixed-term position parallel to their studies. This position must not be confused with an internship or with the possibility of writing a final thesis. This employment usually takes place directly on the company's premises. A working student's main focus remains on their studies, which is why, during term-time, working students are not allowed to work more than 20 hours per week. Working students therefore usually work near their place of study, so as to conveniently combine studying and employment. Your location You will be working at the largest production site for civil aircraft situated in Hamburg. Its location on the southern banks of the river Elbe includes the option to commute by ferry. Your working student position is at the Finkenwerder plant and you can take the ferry from Teufelsbrück to the Airbus ferry terminal and back to the university in the morning and at noon. Alternatively, you can take the ferry to Finkenwerder and then ride your bike for about another 15 minutes to the main entrance. Your tasks and responsibilities Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify issues and develop creative solutions. Assist in the implementation of improvement projects related to Forecast & Planning and S&OP. Manage and improve process performance KPIs. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure process flow efficiency. Define and lead workshops. Desired skills and qualifications Enrolled full-time student (d/f/m) in the area of Business Administration, Business Engineering, Computer Science or an equivalent field of study. Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment. Fluent in German and English. Coding skills within Python or similar programming. First experience with AI tools is beneficial. Knowledge in Google workplace, Google diagram, Klaxoon.
