Your Challenge … Can you be a creative and independent domain specialist? Become a member of our SGT Digital Solutions Outcome team as an Implementation Consultant for our Genesis Program. You will start by attending our June 2027 Genesis Program. Through this program, you will undergo 4 months of training that will provide you with the tools needed to contribute to customer projects. After completing the Genesis Program, you will begin working closely with customers to provide software solutions to help them realize their Comprehensive Digital Twin. Helping our customers blur the boundaries between industry domains by integrating the virtual and physical, hardware and software, design, and manufacturing worlds. Responsibilities: •Collaborate with industry experts to learn our best practices •Core participant in estimating, planning, and scheduling deliverables, and tasks •Play a key role in developing change initiatives for our customers to increase their efficiency and productivity •Impact our customers’ initiatives and business drivers •Accelerate development in architectural design to fulfill customers’ business requirements •Provide support to control scope, cost, implementation, and quality •Consult with users, management, and stakeholders Requirements: •Graduated from college with a degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering and Computer Science (Fall 2026 or Spring 2027) •University undergraduate with a minimum 3.0 GPA •Exceptional communication skills •Driven and self-motivated •Strong technical leadership skills •Ability to obtain Security Clearance •Able to relocate if needed •Traveling up to 75% after training program  •Successful completion of the 16-week training course Location: •Services candidates will be required to reside in Mason, OH from June 2027 to October 2027 for their Genesis Training Program. Depending on project assignment after Genesis, there is a possibility that you may need to move to key customer locations. Security Clearance: •Candidate must be a United States Citizen with no dual citizenship and have the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Security Clearance and access to special access programs
