Fluor is seeking an experienced Construction Site Manager IV to lead field execution activities for large-scale Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) Data Center projects. This position is responsible for the overall management, coordination, and execution of site construction activities to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with contract requirements, quality standards, and client expectations. The Construction Site Manager IV provides leadership to construction supervision, subcontractors, craft personnel, and project teams throughout all phases of project execution. The role requires strong expertise in managing complex construction operations involving civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP), and mission-critical infrastructure systems that support data center development. This position supports Fluor's Data Center Business with in The ATLS (Advance Technology and Life Sciences) BU with opportunities to support EPC Data Center projects at various locations throughout the United States. Travel, temporary assignment, or relocation to project sites may be required based on business and project needs. Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage all site construction activities to achieve project safety, quality, schedule, and cost objectives. Direct construction supervisors, field engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and craft personnel in daily project execution. Ensure construction activities are performed in accordance with project specifications, construction drawings, company procedures, and client requirements. Coordinate closely with Engineering, Procurement, Project Controls, Quality, and Startup teams to support project execution. Drive implementation of site safety programs and promote a culture committed to Zero Incidents and continuous improvement. Develop and execute construction strategies, work plans, and staffing plans to support project milestones. Monitor construction productivity and performance while identifying and implementing corrective actions when necessary. Manage field changes, issue resolution, and risk mitigation activities to minimize schedule and budget impacts. Oversee installation and completion of mission-critical systems, including power distribution, generators, UPS systems, electrical infrastructure, cooling systems, controls, and telecommunications systems. Support commissioning, integrated systems testing, turnover, and client acceptance activities. Interface with clients, regulatory agencies, suppliers, contractors, and project leadership regarding site execution matters. Prepare and review construction progress reports, forecasts, and performance metrics. Ensure compliance with corporate policies, industry standards, and applicable federal, state, and local regulations. Perform other duties as assigned.
