Mgr -Plant

Job Summary Plant Manager is responsible for overseeing the operations of a specific plant or production facility. Duties include managing production schedules, ensuring quality control standards are met, optimizing production processes, managing plant personnel, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations. Develops and implements strategies to improve plant efficiency, reduce costs, and increase productivity. Collaborates with other departments to meet production goals and objectives. May also be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting on plant performance.
