Responsibilities
Collaborate with Technical Support, Sales, Development, and Implementation teams to validate releases and improve platform stability. Provide operational support for ECHO, Tyler Deploy, and related internal and client environments. Administer AWS resources, Windows servers, and Microsoft SQL Server databases. Build and maintain automation and infrastructure as code using tools such as Terraform, PowerShell, and GitHub. Improve platform monitoring and observability using tools such as Datadog. Support deployments and release validation using Octopus Deploy and related delivery tools. Troubleshoot operational issues, document solutions, and reduce recurring manual work. Participate in the PagerDuty on-call rotation. Pursue relevant technical training and certifications.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or equivalent experience. Two or more years of professional experience in technical support, systems administration, DevOps, cloud operations, or a related technical role. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience administering Microsoft Windows Server and familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server. Familiarity with AWS or another major cloud platform. Familiarity with scripting, infrastructure as code, and Git-based source control. Experience with PowerShell, Terraform, or GitHub is preferred. Familiarity with monitoring or observability platforms such as Datadog. Experience supporting Tyler Enterprise ERP products is preferred. AWS Cloud Practitioner certification or another relevant technical certification is preferred.
