Job Description: Vice President - Digital Transformation Lead (Finance) Position Overview Strategic leadership role responsible for driving digital innovation and transformation across the global Finance division through advanced analytics, automation, and AI-powered solutions. This position leads a team of 15 specialized developers to challenge traditional processes, deliver high-impact solutions, and create measurable business value across all regions.
Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership & Vision
Define and execute the digital transformation roadmap for Finance functions globally, aligning technology initiatives with business strategy Challenge existing processes and identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and value creation Follow governance frameworks for End User Computing (EUC) solutions built ensuring compliance and risk management Partner with Finance leadership to translate business requirements into scalable digital solutions
Team Management & Development
Lead, mentor, and develop a global team of 15 developers across Alteryx, Power BI, SharePoint, Python, and AI technologies Manage resource allocation, capacity planning, and workload distribution across projects and regions Foster a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and excellence Conduct performance evaluations and create career development pathways
Solution Delivery & Process Transformation
Oversee end-to-end delivery of automation workflows, analytics dashboards, data platforms Design and implement process reengineering initiatives that eliminate manual effort and improve accuracy Establish best practices for solution development, testing, deployment, and maintenance Drive adoption of self-service analytics across Finance functions
Stakeholder Management & Communication
Provide regular updates and executive presentations to CFO, Finance leadership, and regional heads Articulate technical concepts in business terms, demonstrating ROI and value realization Build strong relationships with IT, Risk, Compliance, and cross-functional partners Present business cases for new initiatives and secure stakeholder buy-in
Value Delivery & Performance Management
Define and track KPIs measuring impact of digital initiatives (cost savings, efficiency gains, error reduction) Establish metrics for team productivity, solution quality, and user satisfaction Conduct post-implementation reviews and drive continuous improvement Maintain portfolio view of all solutions with lifecycle management strategies
Required Qualifications Experience
15+ years of progressive experience in technology, digital transformation, or finance operations Minimum 6-8 years in leadership roles managing technical teams Proven track record of delivering large-scale transformation programs in Finance or similar functions Extensive experience with EUC governance, controls, and risk management Global
