Impact You'll Own

• Deliver high-quality analytics and market research projects.

• Drive stakeholder satisfaction through effective project execution.

• Build and develop a high-performing analyst team.

• Strengthen collaboration across global analytics teams.

• Support PMI's transformation through data-driven insights.

• Lead analytics and market research projects from planning through delivery.

• Partner with stakeholders to ensure timely execution and business value.

• Supervise, coach, and develop a team of analysts.

• Manage project timelines, priorities, risks, and communications.

• Support transition and change management initiatives.

• Collaborate with product owners, business teams, and global functions.

• Promote standardization, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Skills & Capabilities

Must Have

• 4+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, Market Research, Commercial Development, or related fields.

• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives and delivering results.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

• Understanding of business drivers and performance metrics.

• Experience working in Agile environments.

• Experience leading or managing a team.

• Change management and transition management experience.

• Experience with Jira or similar project management tools.
