Seagate Wuxi Finance accounting team is mainly responsible for Supplier payment, Employee reimbursement, Employee payroll processing and monthly/quarterly/yearly Statutory reporting. We need work closely with every department users, Global Financial Share service center colleges and liaise with government officers to complete the daily works and compliance with regulations.  About the role - you will:

•    Support monthly payroll calculation and payroll release. •    Support monthly government related reporting, such as SIB/CPF/IIT declaration.  •    Support ad-hoc payroll project, such as yearly SAFE registration, RBA audit, etc. •    Coordinate with finance team members on payroll related data, such as cash forecast, yearly audit, budget process, etc. •    Others per supervisor’s request. •    Self-motivated and independent learner •    Resourceful and savvy professional that is committed to finding solutions and making an impact •    Good team player with varies external and internal teams •    Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) •    Detail-oriented and organized  •    Have ability to work under pressure Your experience includes:

•    Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, Audit, Economic or other related majors •    Good knowledge of HR compensation mechanism •    Understand general Finance principles •    Working proficiency with Microsoft Office •    Bachelor‘s degree and/or equivalent experience（HR, Finance, Audit, Economic or other related majors） •    ADP system experience is preferred Location:
