Job Title Soft Services Supervisor Job Description Summary Job Description • Supervise soft services operations, including cleaning, housekeeping, waste management, pest control, and other facility support services to ensure compliance with site standards. • Manage and coordinate soft services contractors and vendors, ensuring quality service delivery, performance compliance, and timely issue resolution. • Ensure compliance with white-space access requirements and site protocols, maintaining cleanliness and operational integrity within critical environments. • Conduct inspections, audits, and quality checks, identifying improvement opportunities and implementing corrective actions to maintain service excellence. • Support operational and client requirements through effective planning, reporting, stakeholder communication, and continuous improvement of soft services performance. • Promote and drive a strong HSE culture across all vendor and contractor activities, ensuring compliance with site safety policies and regulatory requirements.       INCO: “Cushman & Wakefield”
