HR Compensation Operations Manager / Team Lead Join our team in Poland and play a key role in building and leading a newly established global Compensation Operations team. This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our office, in line with Aon's smart working policy. What the day will look like As the HR Compensation Operations Manager / Team Lead, you will lead a global team supporting compensation operations across multiple regions. You will ensure high-quality execution of compensation processes while driving consistency, efficiency, and continuous improvement. Key responsibilities include: Leading, coaching, and developing a team of Compensation Operations Analysts located across India, Mexico, and Poland. Managing workloads, priorities, and team capacity to support global compensation timelines and service expectations. Overseeing compensation-related activities, including salary and bonus audits, data validation, eligibility reviews, reconciliations, and issue resolution. Supporting Workday compensation processes, including EIB preparation, validation, and submission for compensation changes and bonus payments. Driving process standardization through documentation, training materials, operating procedures, and quality controls. Partnering with Total Rewards and Compensation teams to deliver accurate reporting, insights, and operational support. Skills and experience that will lead to success 5+ years of experience in Compensation Operations, HR Operations, HRIS/HRIT, or a related HR function, preferably within a global organization. Previous experience leading teams or acting in a Team Lead capacity, with a passion for coaching and developing others. Working knowledge of Workday HCM and/or Workday Compensation. Advanced Excel skills, including data analysis, validation, reporting, pivot tables, formulas, and reconciliations. Strong attention to detail with the ability to analyze large data sets, identify issues, and drive timely resolution while working effectively across cultures and time zones. #LI-Virtual 2586180
