 OVERVIEW Active contributor in the O9 Implementation project for India market covering Demand Planning/RCCP/MRP/Daily Production Planning/Truck load building Translate business strategies and planning processes into robust, scalable technology capabilities that enable statistical forecasting and sales planning, Supply Planning, Distribution and truck load building for the India business. Partner closely with global and regional stakeholders to design, enhance, and sustain planning solutions, ensuring they are intuitive, data-driven, and aligned to business outcomes. Flex across the broader Planning value stream as priority needs evolve, contributing to end to end planning. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Serve as the technical SME for implementing the o9 demand and supply planning solution, mastering its data, operations, configuration, and documentation. Translate business requirements into feasible, scalable o9 functional designs, configurations, and user stories aligned to global design standards. Hands-on implementation of front- and back-end configurations and integrations across modules: Demand, RCCP, Daily Production Planning, Distribution/TLB, and MRP. Deliver enhancements using a Design-Configure-Test-Deploy approach that adds measurable business value. Partner with India Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Sales, and RGM teams to align the build with real planning cycles and use cases. Balance Run, Improve, and Transform work: prioritizing tickets, tuning performance, managing vendors, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis. Ensure end-to-end integration across the planning landscape, working with developers to build, test, and refine integration objects. Partner with data engineering to ensure accurate, timely data flows between o9 and SAP, Mulesoft, GCP, and define data-quality checks and reconciliation. Support ITC/UAT testing, release planning, cutovers, documentation, training, and knowledge transfer for smooth, low-disruption deployments. Provide ongoing functional support, feedback and usage metrics for improvements, and participate in agile pod ceremonies while staying current on o9 capabilities.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Full-Time graduation from an accredited university.
Experience
8+ years of overall experience in Supply Planning and 3+ years hands on experience in configuring O9 planning solutions across Demand and Supply modules. Technical Skills: Deep Expertise in at least either in Demand module or Supply module At least completed 1 end to end O9 implementation experience or 3 years of support experience covering multiple modules of O9 Soft Skills: Strong collaboration, analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex data and processes. Ability to translate business needs into structured requirements or user stories and work effectively with product, engineering, and data teams. Strong sense of accountability and ownership in work.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience in Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) industry Exposure to end-to-end Supply chain planning processes across demand, supply, inventory, and financial alignment. Experience in complex integrations related to planning solutions Prior experience working in a global capability center or with global/regional teams across time zones. Experience working in agile methodologies and with product management tools such as ADO, Jira, and Confluence.
