The role will be responsible for driving business reviews, performance analytics, sales effectiveness, process optimization, and implementation of business improvement initiatives. Working closely with business leaders and functional teams, the Area Manager will provide actionable insights, facilitate decision-making, and ensure effective execution of priority business objectives. The incumbent will proactively identify growth opportunities, operational efficiencies, and best practices that support Cushman & Wakefield's business objectives while fostering accountability, performance improvement, and operational discipline.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Management & Performance Monitoring • Support the EMD in driving regional business performance across financial, operational, and commercial metrics. • Monitor business performance trends and provide regular insights on key performance indicators (KPIs). • Develop and maintain management dashboards, business scorecards, and performance reports. • Identify performance gaps, opportunities, and risks, and recommend corrective actions. • Coordinate periodic business reviews with leadership teams and monitor execution of agreed action plans. • Ensure accurate consolidation and validation of business data for management reporting. 2. Sales Performance & Revenue Growth Support • Analyze sales pipeline, revenue generation, client acquisition, conversion ratios, and business development activities. • Partner with business leaders to improve sales effectiveness, forecasting accuracy, and pipeline management. • Track performance across markets, sectors, service lines, clients, and teams. • Identify growth opportunities through market analysis, client insights, and business intelligence. • Support leadership reviews through meaningful commercial insights and recommendations. • Monitor achievement of revenue targets and support initiatives aimed at enhancing business growth. 3. Operational Excellence & Process Improvement • Review operational processes, governance frameworks, and service delivery metrics to improve efficiency and effectiveness. • Identify process bottlenecks, duplication of effort, control weaknesses, and productivity improvement opportunities. • Conduct root-cause analysis of recurring business and operational challenges. • Collaborate with stakeholders to streamline workflows and implement process improvement initiatives. • Support development and monitoring of operational KPIs and service standards. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives aligned with business objectives. 4. Strategic Initiatives & Business Transformation • Support execution of strategic priorities identified by the EMD and leadership team. • Conduct research on industry trends, market benchmarks, emerging technologies, and best practices. • Evaluate new business opportunities, operational models, and technology solutions. • Develop business cases and recommendations to support informed decisionmaking. • Identify opportunities to leverage automation, analytics, AI, and digital solutions to enhance business performance and client delivery. • Contribute to transformation and change management initiatives across the business. 5.
