About this role
Join our Team About this opportunity: The Ericsson Hospitality Team seeks a warm, polished, hands-on Guest Relations Host to deliver an outstanding experience at Global HQ. You’ll be a first point of contact for clients, partners and visitors, owning reception check-in, lobby hosting, registration, and guiding guests through all touchpoints so they feel expected, informed and cared for. You’ll also enhance the employee experience with a visible, approachable presence and strong service mindset.
What you will do
Welcome and host clients, partners, executives and visitors with warmth, confidence and discretion. Manage arrivals: pre-registration, check-in, wayfinding, meeting-room guidance and departure follow-up. Serve as an Ericsson Hospitality ambassador, clarifying the experience, facilities and purpose. Prepare for visits and events: schedules, room readiness, presentation and hospitality details. Anticipate needs and coordinate with reception, guest relations, facilities, catering, security and events. Ensure a seamless journey, handling requests and issues with urgency and sound judgement. Support workplace hospitality; be visible, accessible and proactive. Maintain high standards across welcome areas, meeting spaces and coffee points; ensure supplies/info. Capture feedback, report deviations and suggest improvements. Follow procedures for safety, confidentiality, visitor management, food handling and conduct. What success looks like: Guests feel personally welcomed and confidently guided. Employees view the host as dependable and approachable. Ericsson Headquarters is consistently ready, polished and reflective of Ericsson’s brand and values. Join Ericsson and help turn every arrival and interaction into trust, connection and confidence. The skills you bring: You are a natural service host who takes pride in making people feel welcome. You combine the service instinct and attention to detail of a hospitality professional with the pace, flexibility and ownership required in a high-profile corporate environment. Experience in hotel front office, guest relations, concierge, premium events or high-end corporate hospitality is strongly preferred. Experience from an international or global organisation is appreciated; you are comfortable working with people from different cultures and seniority levels. A genuine passion for client service and employee experience, with the ability to anticipate needs and create memorable moments. Professional, warm, engaging and confident, while maintaining discretion and confidentiality. Hands-on and solution-oriented; willing to step in, follow through and do what is needed to deliver a seamless experience. Highly organised, detail-focused and comfortable managing several visitors, meetings and priorities at the same time. Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with a positive and inclusive approach. Fluent in English and Swedish; additional languages are an advantage. Comfortable using visitor-management systems, Microsoft Office and digital workplace tools. Why join Ericsson? At Ericsson, you´ll have an outstanding opportunity.
