Collaborate with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand data requirements, operational goals, and business processes. Translate business needs into practical data workflows and integration solutions using Python and SQL. Build, maintain, and monitor data pipelines that support timely and accurate delivery of data for index calculation, reporting, and analytics. Develop and automate repeatable workflows to reduce manual effort, improve efficiency, and support reliable data operations. Apply data validation and quality checks to ensure datasets are accurate, complete, and fit for purpose. Troubleshoot operational issues, document workflows and business logic, and partner with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement. What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in data integration, business operations, analytics, or a related function. Strong proficiency in Python for data processing and workflow automation, with strong SQL skills for querying and manipulating data. Experience with ETL/ELT pipelines, data validation, common data formats such as CSV, Excel, and JSON, and familiarity with Git and CI/CD concepts. Strong business acumen with the ability to understand operational objectives and translate business requirements into technical solutions. Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders. Collaborative mindset with experience working across business, technical, operations, and analytics teams. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and a proactive approach to managing priorities and improving processes.
