F&A Process Owner (Entry Level)

Job Location SAN JOSE INTELLIGENCE HUB Job Description We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Accounts Payable Analyst to join our Manual Posting Team in Latin America. The associate will be responsible for the end-to-end management of invoice registration for P&G suppliers across the Latin American region. A key task is to ensure the accurate and timely processing of invoices, as well as the resolution of related issues to ensure compliance and smooth financial operations. This role requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to handle diverse documentation, adapting to country-specific needs and volume peaks.

Strictly follow country-specific SOPs and the Tax Decision Tree. Ensure accurate data entry and compliance with quality standards. Manage invoice flow and troubleshooting for issues (e.g., missing info). Handle complex documentation for multiple Latin American countries. Meet defined KPIs Job Qualifications Overal skills: Operation Excellence :   Look for the excellence in the execution of tasks assigned . Leadership:   Able to handle complex issues and look for solutions for daily issues quickly. Collaboration:   Capability to develop networks as well as provide excellent customer service to our internal P&G contacts.
