Skills and Competencies Experience in product analysis, business analysis, financial technology or digital assets Demonstrated understanding of digital asset market structure, tokenization, stablecoins, distributed ledger technologies and emerging financial market infrastructure Experience translating business requirements into product capabilities, technical requirements and implementation plans in collaboration with engineering and architecture teams Experience supporting product roadmap execution, capability scaling and delivery of technology-enabled solutions in a cross-functional environment Ability to translate complex analytical, market and business considerations into scalable capabilities and strategic initiatives Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to synthesize complex topics for senior stakeholders Working knowledge of structured and unstructured data across on-chain and off-chain sources Experience developing or supporting solution development on permissioned and permissionless distributed ledger platforms, including tokenized asset ecosystems, smart contract platforms, decentralized finance protocols, blockchain oracles, data integration patterns, node infrastructure and related integration architectures. Product management experience and knowledge of smart contract development, with Solidity, DAML, Rust or Canton Network architecture certifications Demonstrated proficiency in artificial intelligence concepts, with hands-on experience using AI tools to streamline workflows, enhance operational efficiency and support responsible and ethical AI use Education Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience in finance, economics, business, technology, engineering, data analytics or a related field Responsibilities Support digital asset product capabilities that strengthen market readiness and credit-relevant insights Support strategic initiatives that enhance Moody’s Ratings’ ability to engage with evolving digital financial markets and market infrastructure Translate business priorities and market developments into actionable plans that support capability expansion and organizational readiness Partner with analytical, technology, risk and operational stakeholders to advance product strategy and business preparedness Support the development and execution of product and capability roadmaps aligned with strategic objectives Support solution design and product delivery by developing an understanding of end-to-end platform architectures, integration patterns, data flows and technology capabilities across external ecosystems and Moody's internal systems. Develop process flows, requirements artifacts and rapid prototypes to communicate product concepts, evaluate solution options and support roadmap delivery.
