Works collectively with all aspects of the Supply Chain to ensure the customer’s needs are met in a timely manner. Job Requirements

Delivering timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries regarding order status and product information. Performing contract reviews on orders and schedules and processing them through the appropriate online systems. Conducting regular account reviews to address on-time delivery performance, backlog management, and general support matters. Identifying opportunities for process optimization and waste reduction initiatives. What your background should look like

We typically look for 3 to 6 years of relevant experience. An Associate's degree or equivalent is a plus. Candidates with a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience may be considered at the entry level. Competencies
