Software Engineer (Pooling)

Design, develop, test, implement, and maintain software applications, systems, and technology solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Participate in software design, development, code reviews, testing, deployment, and support activities. Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues in development, testing, and production environments. Ensure solutions meet quality, performance, scalability, reliability, and security standards. Develop and maintain technical documentation and system specifications. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, engineering best practices, and innovation efforts. Support technology modernization, automation, and process optimization activities. Work effectively within Agile, Scrum, DevOps, or other software delivery methodologies. Stay current with evolving technology trends and industry best practices.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Experience in software development, application development, systems engineering, technology consulting, or related technical roles. Understanding of software development methodologies, systems design principles, and modern engineering practices. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting capabilities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies and adapt to evolving business and technical requirements.
