Location: The Finance Center, BGC, Taguig

Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, Hybrid, 2-3 days on-site per week

As a Direct Retail Operations Executive, you will oversee the end-to-end operations of IQOS Stores within your assigned territory to ensure a seamless and compliant consumer experience while delivering business results.

• Drive sales growth and achieve territory targets by tracking store performance and implementing action plans.

• Ensure operational excellence, compliance, and a consistently high-quality consumer experience across all stores.

• Manage day-to-day retail operations, including inventory, logistics, store orders, and retail systems.

• Develop and coach Area Sales Managers and Store Managers to build high-performing teams.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and resolve customer escalations to support business objectives and customer satisfaction.

• Strong retail operations, sales management, and territory management expertise.

• Proven ability to analyze business performance, identify opportunities, and execute action plans.

• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

• Strong leadership, coaching, and talent development capabilities.

• Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to operational compliance and detail.
