You will navigate complex HR challenges, influence decision-making, and collaborate with stakeholders across Human Resources, Legal, Finance, Payroll, People Operations, HR Consulting, Employee Experience, University Recruiting, and external partners to deliver innovative and scalable solutions.   This role also offers the opportunity to connect Microsoft with the broader community by fostering relationships with professional organizations, universities, and community groups that help strengthen our culture, talent ecosystem, and social impact across Mexico.   You will help shape the future of HR by leveraging data, insights, and AI-enabled solutions to drive consistency, compliance, operational excellence, and an exceptional employee experience.
