Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Responsible for managing all cost and contractual aspect of the project during the preconstruction and construction phases This includes preparing cost estimates, conduction value engineering analyses, monitoring budgets and ensuring financial control The quantity surveyor supports the project team in achieving cost certainty, transparency, and value throughout the project life cycle. Requisitos Minimum Requirements: Civil Engineer or similar with 4 years of related experience or demonstrable equivalent of experience and education. Preferred Requirements: A RICS certification or equivalent, experience working with international standards such as AACE 7 years of experience will be highly valued.
