You will assess the problem, determine the appropriate solution, align stakeholders, stand up scalable mechanisms where required and transition them to sustainable long-term ownership. The successful candidate will be able to think strategically while executing tactically, operate effectively in ambiguity, write clearly for senior leadership and exercise strong business judgement. They will have exceptional organisational skills and a passion for building simple, scalable and durable mechanisms. You will coordinate annual and quarterly planning cycles, maintain alignment between long-term strategy and near-term execution, and own the goal-development cycle from drafting through to progress reporting. You will also own Focus Area governance, tracking sponsor accountability, milestones, risks and dependencies through to completion. Portfolio Governance & Executive Reporting You will coordinate executive business reviews and produce concise, decision-oriented reporting that communicates what changed, what is off-track, why it matters, and what action is required. You will support cross-functional governance with partner organisations, surface and resolve dependencies and ownership gaps, and establish structured mechanisms for capturing leadership actions and decisions with clear ownership and due dates. Business Operations & Organisational Management You will maintain accurate headcount data - rosters, open positions, attrition and hiring progress - and coordinate resource-planning exercises in partnership with Finance, Recruiting and leadership. You will support hiring pipeline visibility, coordinate onboarding for new starters, and maintain team charter, organisational structure and role-clarity documentation. Talent & People Mechanisms You will coordinate OLR activities with leadership and HRBPs, maintain a forward-looking promotion slate with progressive review mechanisms throughout the year, and support succession planning and capability gap identification. Communications & Organisational Engagement You will develop clear, concise communications on behalf of B&PC leadership - including town halls, monthly updates, project kick-offs and organisational change communications. You will own governance of team SharePoint, Wiki and shared repositories, ensuring employees can easily locate current information and governance artefacts. Continuous Improvement You will identify recurring pain points, investigate root causes, and recommend simple, scalable solutions. You will coordinate COE and lessons-learned mechanisms, ensure lessons translate into actionable improvements, and partner with Data & Digital and other functions to reduce manual work and support future growth.
