 About the Role: Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Finance & Accounting, the Director of Treasury is responsible for providing strategic leadership for and building the capabilities of Neurocrine’s treasury and insurance function. The role oversees treasury operations, banking relationships, treasury technology, and the development of financial risk management capabilities, as well as the Company’s property & casualty and directors & officers insurance programs. In partnership with senior Finance leadership, the Director supports capital markets, financing, and capital allocation initiatives. The Director establishes the operating model, governance framework, policies, controls, technology roadmap, and functional capabilities required to support the Company’s continued growth; serves as a trusted advisor to Finance leadership; and leads complex cross-functional initiatives and strategic transactions. _ Your Contributions (include, but are not limited to): Treasury Develop and execute the Company's treasury strategy, operating plan, policies, performance measures, and multi-year capability roadmap that informs and aligns with Finance and Company priorities Build and continuously enhance scalable treasury capabilities by establishing governance, operating processes, internal controls, technology, and functional capabilities to support the Company's continued growth Lead enterprise cash forecasting, daily liquidity management, and short- and long-term liquidity planning, including stress testing and contingency funding analyses Lead the Company's investment portfolio strategy and execution, including cash deployment, maturity and duration planning, liquidity segmentation, counterparty exposure, custody relationships, and compliance with investment policies Lead strategic relationships with commercial banks, revolving credit facility lenders, investment managers, custodians, and other financial institutions, including oversight of banking services, fee negotiations, service levels, and treasury-related vendor relationships Lead global treasury operations, including cash positioning, bank account administration, signatory governance, payment controls, fraud prevention, treasury compliance, and banking documentation Develop and manage intercompany funding and settlement processes to support the Company's evolving global operations, including intercompany loans,
