Job Description
Develops and manages assigned Federal agency account relationships and generates profitability from existing portfolio and product suite. Accountable for identifying growth and strategic revenue opportunities based on knowledge of clients, markets, government policies and regulations, bank products and services. Achieve or exceed assigned sales and program optimization targets. Create, conduct, and guide Executive Account Reviews and sales presentations. Creates and executes strategic direction of portfolio in collaboration with managerial teams and peers. Serves as senior-level liaison with agency client relationships and internal business partners. Owns or significantly contributes to projects or initiatives, serve as back-up personnel for contractual activities, and engages in business development activities. Basic Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience - Typically 10 or more years of relevant experience Preferred Skills/Experience - 10+ years of product sales and relationship management experience - Experience with large-scale projects and proven adherence to deadlines - Advanced understanding of payments industry - Advanced Microsoft products, including CoPilot - Experience with product marketing, client service issues, and organization operations - Excellent marketing and business development, sales, and communication skills - Salesforce expertise - Strong negotiation and decision-making capability - Ability to creatively resolve complex problems with general guidance - Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously - Understanding of Federal government contracting/policies - Familiarity with GSA SmartPay program - Project management and implementation experience - Experience with data mining/trend analyses - Ability to travel up to 10-15% If there’s anything we can do to accommodate a disability during any portion of the application or hiring process, please refer to our disability accommodations for applicants .
