Standard Job Description 
 Directs all phases of programs from inception through completion. Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions. Responsible for the cost, schedule and technical performance of company programs or subsystems of major programs. Participates in the negotiation of contract and contract changes. Coordinates the preparation of proposals, business plans, proposal work statements and specifications, operating budgets and financial terms/conditions of contract. Acts as primary customer contact for program activities, leading program review sessions with customer to discuss cost, schedule, and technical performance. Establishes design concepts, criteria and engineering efforts for product research, development, integration and test. Develops new business or expands the product line with the customer. Establishes milestones and monitors adherence to master plans and schedules, identifies program problems and obtains solutions, such as allocation of resources or changing contractual specifications. Directs the work of employees assigned to the program from technical, manufacturing and administrative areas. About the role

Change & Transformation Delivery Lead end-to-end delivery of complex business transformation initiatives aligned with strategic objectives Develop and execute a roadmap for change initiatives aligned with business strategy Develop and implement structured change management strategies and plans Apply lead six-sigma methodologies to improve business performance and reduce waste Identify risks, issues and dependencies across transformation programmes Ensure adoption of new processes, systems, and ways of working across impacted teams Change Champion for “change culture” through storytelling, data, and thought leadership across the enterprise. Process Improvement Analyse current-state processes and design future state operating models Deliver measurable and sustainable improvements in efficiency, cost, quality, and customer outcomes Lead root cause analysis using six-sigma tools and frameworks Facilitate continuous improvement workshops and stakeholder sessions IT Programme Support (desired) Support delivery of large scale IT transformation programmes Support delivery of AI transformation Ensure business readiness for system implementations Align process changes with technology rollouts Coordinate between business stakeholders, project teams, and technical delivery functions Stakeholder Engagement Build organisational capability in continuous improvement and change management.
