Job Description
Key Responsibilities Develop and execute the national growth strategy for LCQQQ business across China. Drive pipeline creation through close collaboration with commercial teams, marketing, business units, and regional sales organizations. Identify, prioritize, and support high-value opportunities to accelerate pipeline conversion and improve order closure. Act as the technical sales leader for complex and strategic deals, providing solution support, competitive positioning, and customer-facing technical engagement. Partner with regional sales teams to strengthen opportunity qualification, account planning, and deal execution discipline. Provide hands-on coaching to sales and technical teams on customer application needs, product positioning, objection handling, and competitive strategy. Improve sales process quality, including opportunity management, pipeline hygiene, and forecast accuracy. Work cross-functionally with product management, marketing, service, and commercial leadership to align business priorities and drive execution. Collect market intelligence, customer insights, and competitive information to support portfolio strategy and business decision-making. Build a high-performance technical sales support model that increases field effectiveness and supports sustainable long-term growth for the LCQQQ business.
Qualifications
Master’s degree or below in Chemistry, Life Sciences, Analytical Science, Pharmacy, or a related field. Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in technical sales, application support, product specialist, or sales management roles within analytical instruments or related industries. Strong knowledge of LCMS, triple quadrupole, and analytical workflow applications, with LCQQQ-related experience strongly preferred. Proven track record of driving growth, managing strategic opportunities, and delivering strong business results. Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance technical solution selling and business impact. Demonstrated capability in coaching, influencing, and leading cross-regional teams without direct authority. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Strong analytical skills with experience in pipeline management and forecasting. Willingness to travel nationally as business needs require.
