We are looking for a Senior Professional Services Consultant – Zero Trust Cloud to join our team. This is a Remote role in the United States, reporting to the Sr. Manager, Professional Services in the Professional Services department. As a key field resource within our Professional Services Organization, you will deliver deployment advisory and implementation services to enterprise customers adopting the Zscaler Zero Trust Exchange platform, with a focus on Zero Trust Cloud (ZTC), Cloud Connector, and cloud workload security. You will work closely with customer Cloud, Network, and Security teams to design and deploy scalable Zero Trust solutions across AWS, Azure, and GCP, while collaborating with Sales, Customer Success, Support, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure successful customer outcomes.

What you’ll do (Role Expectations)

• Lead end-to-end customer engagements from discovery and planning through design, deployment, validation, and go-live

• Design and deploy Zscaler Zero Trust Cloud and Cloud Connector solutions for cloud workloads, including Internet Egress, East-West traffic inspection, and hybrid connectivity

• Utilize Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to build scalable, repeatable deployments and develop technical deliverables aligned with SOWs and methodologies

• Lead technical workshops, deployment planning, testing, troubleshooting, and knowledge-transfer sessions while collaborating with Support, Product, and Engineering teams

• Build expertise across the evolving Zscaler portfolio, contribute to delivery improvements, and travel to customer locations as needed for short-term engagements
