This role is in support of Cencora's third party logistics service in Europe operating through our Alloga business.
Position
Summary and Key Responsibilities Permanent above-market business-side delivery role orchestrating critical cross-country programmes, successive technology transformation project rollout waves and BPO workstreams. Owns cross-functional project coordination, delivery planning, milestone tracking and structured project pre-planning to support the PPM process. Relieves nominated Business Process Owners and regional leaders from de facto project management responsibilities — enabling them to focus on process ownership and Discovery validation as their primary project contribution. Works in close partnership with the PPM & PMO Director, IT delivery leads and market-level project resources. . Candidate Requirements Significant experience as a senior project or programme manager in complex, multi-country business transformation environments Track record of managing cross-functional, business-led workstreams — not IT delivery only Ability to operate independently across multiple concurrent workstreams without requiring day-to-day direction Experience in structured project methodologies (e.g. PRINCE2, PMI, SAFe or equivalent) applied pragmatically in fast-moving, resource-constrained environments Strong stakeholder management skills at VP and Director level across business and IT functions Experience coordinating across multiple markets and time zones, with sensitivity to local operating contexts Experience in pharma, healthcare, logistics or comparable regulated industries preferred Fluent English required; additional European language(s) advantageous This role is available on a hybrid working basis attached to one of our 3PL locations, with regular international travel (approx 30-50%).
