Assistant Manager, Provider Management & Connected Care

PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Monitor provider performance and cost indicators, and support initiatives to improve network affordability and operational outcomes. Perform analytical assessments to support provider performance monitoring, cost analysis, and data-driven recommendations. Manage the assessment, onboarding, empanelment, and compliance requirements of healthcare providers to support network expansion and governance Develop and maintain strong partnerships with healthcare providers to support operational excellence, service quality, and strategic collaboration. Drive provider engagement, marketing collaborations, and customer steerage initiatives to enhance provider visibility and customer access. Prepare reports, presentations, and management updates to support decision-making and track the progress of key initiatives. Responsible in addressing service gaps, managing complaints, and driving continuous process improvements in line with our service standards and company policies. Continuously attend / involved with training for personal and career development. Undertake projects / other work and duties allocated by management as and when required. JOB SPECIFICATION: a.

Degree in Science, Business, Analytics, or a related discipline. b.

Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience. Experience in insurance, healthcare, provider management, and analytics is preferred. c. Knowledge Possess knowledge of life insurance and/or healthcare. Computer literate and proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and Power BI. Innovative and creative mindset.
