The opportunity   This is a business-building leadership role at the intersection of strategy,   technology   and people. You will help shape the next chapter of our Workforce Transformation business, develop trusted relationships with senior clients, create distinctive   propositions   and lead complex transformation   programmes   from strategic ambition through implementation,   adoption   and sustained outcomes.   You will work across workforce redesign, skills,   organisation   and talent, culture and change, HR transformation and technology, people analytics and AI workforce effectiveness. Just as importantly, you will connect these disciplines to clients’ wider business, operating   model   and technology transformations.   We are building a consulting model that combines the strategic insight of an adviser, the execution discipline of an   implementer   and the accountability of a long-term transformation partner.
