Supply Chain and Quality Specialist SCQS (m/f)

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Supply Chain & Quality Specialist (f/m) to join the PIMSY HW Systems team based in Toulouse, France. You will be part of a team developing Supplier Management & Quality solutions. As part of the PIMSY HW Systems Team, you will be involved in operational supplier interfaces aiming at securing supplier On Quality On Time (OQOT) performance.  We are looking for a rigorous professional to manage performance, mitigate industrial risks, and secure product compliance in a multi-cultural environment.  Your working environment: Global capital of aeronautics and European capital for space research, Toulouse is a dynamic city in the southwest of France served by an international airport. Your challenges: Act as operational supplier interface, assessing and selecting vendors during tendering phases. Manage contract quality, lead time, and supply chain performance, including quality approvals. Lead new product introductions, transfers of work, and industrial changes to reach maturity. Assess supplier capacity, identify industrial risks, and establish short-term recovery plans. Handle complex quality events and support SCQM on audits, lean practices, and qualifications. Your boarding pass: Background in engineering, quality, or supply chain management.  Proven experience in supplier evaluation, qualification, and industrial performance development (10 years min). Strong expertise in supplier risk mitigation, problem-solving, and root cause analysis. An experience in team leading is a plus. Solid knowledge of industry tools and standards (SAP, APQP, NADCAP, QMS, POA, EASA, Airsupply).  Advanced level in English and French.  Not a 100% match? No worries!
