What You Will Do
Plan and control indirect materials and consumable parts for assigned product portfolios to ensure uninterrupted operations. Create and manage purchase requisitions in SAP to maintain optimal inventory levels and ensure timely material availability. Monitor material deliveries and in-transit shipments, resolving supply issues to prevent shortages impacting production or maintenance activities. Confirm invoices against purchase orders and coordinate with suppliers to support on-time receipt of materials. Analyze inventory performance and implement optimal reorder points, minimum and maximum stock levels, and replenishment parameters within the ERP system. Maintain master data accuracy and support ERP system enhancements that improve planning efficiency and supply chain performance. Generate material requirements planning (MRP)-based supply plans and collaborate with buyers and operational schedulers to finalize execution plans. Prepare inventory projections, manage excess and obsolete inventory, track key performance indicators, and identify opportunities for continuous process improvement.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience. Minimum 4 years of experience in Supply Chain, Production Planning, Materials Planning, Procurement, or a related function. Advanced written and verbal communication skills in Polish. Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English. Experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience within the medical device, pharmaceutical, or similarly regulated manufacturing industry, including knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). German language skills at A2 level or higher.
