Piece Parts Process Engineer

The responsibilities of a Manufacturing Process Engineer in this role include: Handle lead frame conversion projects including project identification, qualification plan alignment, qualification and fan out. Handle the road map of lead frame, epoxy and mold compound in NPI stage. Implement project or improvement plans on lead frame design optimization, including efficiency improvements, cost reduction or quality improvement programs, new product support and other process improvements. Participate in data analysis, problem resolution and project management.
