As a Food & Beverage Manager , you’re not just overseeing operations of one or more dining outlets – you’re contributing to creating memorable guest experiences that leave a lasting impression. The beautiful, recently re-flagged Curio Collection by Hilton, Zachari Dunes on Mandalay Beach is looking for a dynamic Director of Banquets! Just a few steps away from the beach, the 250-all-suite resort offers a breathtaking view of the ocean. Our hotel boasts over 23,000 sq. ft. of indoor and outdoor event space and features two unique food and beverage outlets - Ox & Ocean and Sugar Beats. The Ideal Candidate will possess: 3-5 years of leadership experience in a lifestyle brand hotel, resort, or luxury restaurant food & beverage operations.  Proven ability to manage a fast-paced dining room and lead a team with calm efficiency and authority.  Strong training knowledge and comfort guiding team members through ongoing training.  Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to spot, correct, and coach on the smallest service elements.  Outstanding organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.  Hands-on leadership style: leads from the floor, not from the office.  Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
