This role is based in Santa Monica and will report directly to the Analyst, U.S. Debt Investments . The Summer Analyst will assist with the analysis and underwriting of new investment opportunities, conducting due diligence, and monitoring existing portfolio investments. The Summer Analyst plays an important role supporting the execution of the growth strategy for QuadReal’s U.S. debt platform.

Education – Completing a university degree with a major in Real Estate, Finance, Mathematics/Statistics, Computer Science or Economics.    Analytical – Strong quantitative and analytical skills; detail-oriented and
