Technical Support Engineer

We make products for the data center, utility, industrial, commercial, machine building, residential, aerospace and mobility markets.   What you’ll do: 
 Technical Support Engineer is responsible for solving UPS/PD application issues. Primary tasks include analyzing failure, gathering information from internal experts about product capabilities relative to specific customer needs, finishing root cause report,  and determines appropriate solution and/or responses. Design, develop, deliver, and manage training to support sales efforts.     Provide UPS/PD technical support to analyze failure, include wiring, installation, configuration, start up UPS/PD operation and so on, to solve UPS/PD application issues. Collect application requirement information to draft reports and finish root cause report for closed UPS/PD issues under investigation.   Provide product/application training to senior service, when required. Coordinate with others in completing the assigned tasks, such as UPS/PD Factory Acceptance Test based on projects in Lab. Qualifications: 
 Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering. Related experience in UPS technical support, UPS/PD development, or related role e.g. application engineer within the Power Supply Equipment, Power inverter, UPS,PD. Fundamental Knowledge of Electronic Components. Power conversion technologies. General circuit theory. Circuit Diagram Analysis. Good communication skills and coordination skill. Good emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills. Oral/Written English will be a plus.
