Raytheon’s SI&T Department within the Systems Engineering & Test Capabilities Directorate is seeking a Test Architect - System Integrator who will lead systems integration and test activities in Marlborough, MA in support of SW maintenance, capability development, integration, test, regression and deployment. You will be responsible for engineering activities that include systems integration, test, regression testing and data analysis for maintenance and development events, while also helping to provide technical and troubleshooting support to the program team. You will work independently and side-by-side with multidisciplinary engineering team members.
What You Will Do
Devise and enforce test strategy for DoD program(s) end to end. Serve as the representative of integration and test technical interests on program. Lead integration and test planning/execution, maintain test planning artifacts, execute integration and regression testing events, and perform analysis to identify and resolve technical observations Develop documentation to support integration, test plans, test activities, and resolve technical inquiries Collaborate with program leads/stakeholders to generate test approaches, maintain configuration control, ensure test-setup readiness, and participate in key processes (peer, gate, and test readiness reviews) Define and enforce technical processes in the software and hardware integration and test activities. Frequent interaction with the customer community, the program office, functional and technical leaders. Ability to travel domestically and international, approximately 10% travel.
Qualifications
You Must Have Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience. Experience with Systems Integration, test procedures, test plans, test scripts, data analysis, and/or verification. Experience with MATLAB, Python, C/C++, Linux, Unix, shell scripting and/or other programming languages.
Qualifications
We Prefer Model Based System Engineering experience. Experience assisting development of verification strategies for advanced capabilities and software builds, including building and executing simulated scenarios to predict system performance. Systems Engineering experience including test, integration, verification and validation of DoD projects, understanding of signal and data processing, and working level experience with requirements traceability, requirements management, or documentation of IV&V
