You'll create the unified global framework This role directly impacts talent retention, speed-to-productivity, and commercial outcomes by ensuring our valuers develop the right skills at the right time You'll define the career roadmap for hundreds of valuers globally, creating clarity on how to progress from graduate hire to senior professional Direct collaboration with executives, regional heads, business leaders, challenger groups, HR and operations partners across three continents   The ideal candidate will: Bring a track record of success in structured environments and seek the opportunity to create a new program where they'll have substantial ownership and direct engagement with senior leadership Combine strong operational, project management and L&D design capabilities with strategic thinking and stakeholder management across multiple geographies Have a keen understanding of the Value and Risk Advisory roles and business to make recommendations on content and curriculum building that are relevant and suitable to the global business Have at least 5 years of experience working in a global, matrixed environment, delivering large L&D programs and driving positive outcomes for the business   Role Responsibilities:   Stakeholder Engagement & Relationship Building
