 POSITION OVERVIEW As a part of our manufacturing group, you will be responsible for preventative and reactive maintenance of processing and packaging equipment and providing technical support to improve and optimize within the manufacturing operations and processes. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES As part of our manufacturing team, you will: Perform preventive and reactive maintenance on processing and packaging equipment to improve reliability and operational performance Understanding and following all company safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment Installing, maintaining, repairing, and replacing industrial processing and packaging machinery, work tools and equipment Identifying/diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical issues, electrical and/or electronic issues Management of work orders, parts requisition, and data entry through understanding and use of Maximo Maintenance Management System Providing technical support and plant leadership for equipment troubleshooting and equipment modification Understanding, initiating, and participating in Root Cause Analysis (Why, Why) Performing both uptime and down time preventative maintenance Effectively communicate and productively interact with all levels of team personnel and outside contractors, vendors, visitors, etc. Participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives to increase platform performance Assist in training new employees MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS High school diploma or GED Must possess the ability to understand and effectively communicate with co-workers, supervisors, and others in the workplace regarding work matters (our business is generally conducted in English) 2 years (minimum) maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting with electrical experience and/or an equivalent combination of education and experience, including completion of an accredited maintenance or industrial technical program (such as
