What You'll Do
Executive Partnership - Serve as the trusted right hand to two leaders, managing complex calendars and prioritizing critical engagements Global Coordination - Orchestrate seamless domestic and international travel and worldwide meetings Strategic Communication - Handle high-level correspondence, presentations, and reports with discretion Event Excellence - Plan and execute leadership meetings, employee celebrations, and strategic planning sessions Organizational Leadership - Maintain SharePoint sites, organizational charts, and recognition programs Proactive Problem-Solving - Anticipate needs and resolve challenges before they impact leadership
