Sr Partner Operations Analyst

The Sr. Partner Operations Analyst on the Partner Operations team will play a key role in developing the foundation of partner growth at Docusign. A trusted advisor to our Partner field and Program leaders, focusing on improving prioritization and focus, analyzing performance metrics, supporting key strategic initiatives and managing the data foundation of our ecosystem. The role blends analytical insight, business acumen, and strong cross-functional partnership with teams such as Sales, Marketing and Global Data, this role will define and implement data management guidelines, develop internal and external visibility of partner performance and progress against the partner journey, and serve as a subject matter expert for partner-related processes. This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Senior Director, Global Partner Operations.

Define and document standards for partner data management and ensure alignment across teams Create, run, and maintain reporting to support key initiatives, identifying trends and resolving data quality issues Build and maintain Tableau dashboards to support visibility into partner performance and key metrics Expand partner visibility of programmatic and customer performance, building resources to track partner journey milestones from new partner onboarding through customer acquisition and management Leverage AI to drive partner data hygiene efforts, including regular audits, cleanup activities, and data integrity checks Support the ongoing development and operationalization of the Partner Program by providing data insights and process improvements Collaborate with Partner Managers, Sales, Revenue Operations, and cross-functional stakeholders to support business initiatives Use process mapping and data analysis to assess process effectiveness and recommend improvements Measure and track the impact of operational enhancements on KPIs, delivering insights that inform decision-making Identify analytics needs independently, gather requirements, and deliver actionable solutions with minimal oversight Develop and maintain internal documentation, including partner data guidelines and support resources Support ad-hoc initiatives and evolving business priorities as needed Partner effectively across time zones and regions, fostering global alignment and communication Job Designation Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. What you bring Basic 5+ years in sales strategy, consulting, investment banking, or related strategy and operations fields Experience with global partner ecosystems and cross-cultural business practices Experience with SQL/Snowflake, Salesforce CRM, and Excel/Sheets Experience in data analysis, dashboarding, and reporting Experience independently leading analytics projects,
