• The role involves interaction with employees, managers, and client stakeholders, acting as a subject matter expert for compensation and benefits processes while driving process efficiency, data accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
• Design processes for performing salary adjustments, providing bonus incentives, maintaining salary and job tables and managing employee stock purchase plan. What are we looking for? • Primary skill - Compensation Administration Process Design • Bachelors degree in any discipline. Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields preferred. • Shift Timings • Must be flexible with respect to shift timings. Roles and Responsibilities: • Read, understand, and analyze Compensation and Benefits processes as per defined business rules and policies. • Execute compensation and benefits transactions accurately and within agreed SLAs. • Support salary administration, benefits enrollment, employee data updates, and compensation changes. • Handle employee and manager queries related to compensation and benefits through email, case tools, or calls. • Ensure compliance with client policies, statutory requirements, and audit controls. • Perform root cause analysis on compensation and benefits issues and recommend corrective actions. • Maintain and update local work instructions and process documentation. • Support Team Lead with daily operational reporting, metrics, and dashboards. • Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and controls. • Ensure strict adherence to data privacy, security, and confidentiality requirements. • Knowledge Skills Requirements • Strong understanding of Compensation and Benefits and HR Operations processes. • Knowledge of APAC payroll regulations, taxation, and superannuation basics. • Familiarity with HRIS and payroll systems such as SAP, Workday, ADP, and SuccessFactors preferred. • Knowledge of salary structures, allowances, incentives, and employee benefits administration. • Strong analytical and problem solving skills. • High attention to detail with focus on data accuracy. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. • Experience working with HR systems. • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. • Ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism. • Exposure to the travel and aviation sector.
