Role Overview
We are looking for a highly structured, analytical, and execution-oriented Senior Corporate Operational Project Manager to help translate strategic priorities into measurable outcomes and disciplined execution across Corporate Operations.
This role sits at the intersection of strategy, OKR (Objectives and Key Results) and performance management, and corporate operational project management. You will help build and operate the mechanisms that enable teams and leaders to set clear objectives, track progress, manage risks and dependencies, and drive effective execution.
A key area of responsibility will be developing and operating our OKR framework and management cadence, while also leading complex cross-functional corporate projects and strengthening the governance and performance-management mechanisms required to support decision-making and accountability.
This is a hands-on role for someone who can move comfortably between strategic thinking and detailed execution — from facilitating an OKR planning session or leadership review to managing dependencies, driving critical operational projects, and translating performance data into clear actions and decisions.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and establish the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of OKR (Objectives and Key Results) methodology and operating model, translating strategic priorities into clear Objectives, measurable Key Results, and actionable plans.
• Lead complex, cross-functional corporate operational and strategic projects from definition and planning through execution, ensuring clear ownership, milestones, dependencies, risks, and measurable outcomes.
• Establish and manage effective governance and management cadences, including OKR reviews, program reviews, and other relevant performance forums.
• Track OKR and program performance, identify off-track outcomes, risks, blockers, and cross-functional dependencies, and drive timely mitigation, follow-up, and escalation.
• Define and maintain the KPIs, measurement frameworks, and reporting mechanisms required to effectively monitor OKR progress and strategic initiatives, partnering with Analytics and other relevant teams where needed.
• Translate performance data and insights into clear management recommendations, actions, and decisions.
• Act as a trusted partner who brings structure to ambiguity, challenges assumptions, and drives initiatives from discussion through execution.
• Prepare clear, concise, and data-driven materials for leadership discussions and decision-making.
• Drive process improvements and help build scalable operating models, tools, templates, and playbooks that strengthen execution across Corporate Operations.
• Partner with leaders and
